LTD., (“EatPlayLive”, “we," “our" or “us") with registered address at 120 Robinson Road #07-01 Singapore 068913, respect your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy when you visit and/or use the EatPlayLive website or mobile site (“EatPlayLive sites” or “sites”) or mobile applications (“mobile app” or “apps”).Please read this privacy policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. We collect two types of information about you: Personal Identifiable Information and Non-Personal Identifiable Information.

The personal identifiable information we may specifically ask includes your first and last name, e-mail address, telephone, country, username and password. If you register via Facebook, you also authorize us to have access to your profile information such as your date of birth, gender, profession, income, hobbies, Facebook profile picture, marital status, number of children, nationality and your Facebook friends list. When you make a purchase on our sites or apps, we will also ask for your credit and debit card information (we do not store credit and debit card information on our system).

Non-Personal Identifiable Information refers to information that does not personally identify you. It may include things like the Uniform Resource Locator ("URL") of the website you visited before coming to our Website, the URL of the website you visit after leaving our Website, the type of browser you are using, your Internet Protocol ("IP") address and searches and activities made in sites or apps. We, and/or our authorized Third Party Service Providers and Advertisers, may automatically collect this information when you visit our Website through the use of electronic tools like Cookies and Web beacons. We use Non-Personally Identifiable Information to troubleshoot, administer the Website, analyze trends, gather demographic information, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities. When contacting us, please indicate your name, address, email address, and what Promotional Emails you do not want to receive.

We will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to perform our contractual obligations to you and as required by applicable laws. Please note that while we are ready to assist you, we cannot always delete records of past interactions and transactions. For example, we are required to retain records relating to previous purchases for financial reporting and compliance reasons.

We may update our privacy policy. If we make material changes to our privacy policy, we will post the updated privacy policy on this page and notify you by e-mail and/or text message to the primary e-mail address and/or phone number specified in your account.
